Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be billed through PayPal:
- Domestic Shipping $6.00
- USA Shipping $10.00
- International Shipping $13.00
How does this all work?
Every month we choose different designers based upon their submitted kits. For the first few months there are a few repeats but generally every month will feature different
Who is eligible?
We accept submissions from all around the world. We also sell our kits to anyone anywhere.
What if my kit idea is not chosen?
All submitted kit ideas are kept on file. We DO NOT use them without your permission, or without giving you credit. Any similarities between your submitted kit and someone else's are purely coincidental.
Where are you shipping from? Do you ship International?
We are located in Kamloops, BC, Canada. Therefore all shipping and handling costs will reflect this. All shipping is done at actual cost with your pay-pal invoice reflecting the actual cost.
International shipping is also through pay-pal, and generally about $15.00 depending on the weight of the package. We do combine kits to save on shipping, and can give a quote on shipping if you would like one. Simply email us at freshpages.quote@gmail.com with the kit you'd like, your full shipping address. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours although we can not guarantee if you ask for a quote that the kit will still be in stock.
*Note- please do not ask us to send your package as a gift or misrepresent its value. We will not do this.
I'm not satisfied with my kit, what do I do?
Please email us immediately upon receiving a kit you are not happy with and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
When do your kits ship?
Our kits are offered for sale on the first of each month and start to immediately until finished. Orders will be taken for each kit until it's sold out OR the end of the month
What is the compensation for designing a kit?
At this time we offer the kit you have designer, before it is offered for sale, free of charge. There are also perks such as free shipping on kits they purchase in the month their kit is up, special designer kits every few months with very good value for their money and a few special surprises left to be shared.
Where's the catch?
Some people think that there is always a catch. You are credited for your kit idea, compensation is given and everyone is happy. There is NO investment on the part of the designers. You will never be asked to purchase anything yourself if you don't wish to. Whew. No catch!
